Serving: 6-8 thosai
Ingredients:
250g of floor
1/4 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 sliced onion
2 green chilies
Curry leaves
2 tablespoon full green onions
4 tablespoon full grated carrot
2 tablespoon full vegetable oil
Directions:
Put a pan on the stove and add the vegetable oil.
Once heated, add curry leaves, sliced onions and green chilies. Let it temper.
Add the grated carrot and green onions to the mixture. After the mixture is tempered, let it cool.
Add flour and salt to a separate bowl.
Add the tempered vegetable mix from the pan into the bowl and mix while slowly adding water.
Mix until you get a thick paste.
Put a pan on the stove and pour a cup of the thick mixture onto the pan, and spread like when making a pancake.
Heat both sides of the thosai for 1-2 minutes.
Serve with a curry of your choice.
